Jo Van Moer started his own transport company 25 years ago with an old truck of over 15 years old. The truck regularly broke down. Today, Van Moer Logistics has a fleet of 240 trucks. The company employs 560 people. The family DNA however is still the same. Jo Van Moer is still ‘Jo’ for the employees … Jo’s father is still active within the company, filling – among other things – the gasoline tanks of 20 small company cars. Jo’s mother regularly visits the office to water plants and flowers. “That’s how we’ve grown as a company, and we wish to keep it that way”, says founder & owner Jo Van Moer (45).
