Packed & Bulk
We offer a comprehensive range of value-added services for packed and bulk cargo. THE PERFECT FLOW
Fully automatic filling plant
Our filling lines are designed for filling a wide range of both toxic and non-toxic liquids. From tank containers, the substances are packed into drums or IBCs. Thanks to integrated gas filters, we can also fill highly odorous or foaming products.
Together, the three filling lines can handle up to 200 drums per hour with the possibility of expanding to five filling lines. Adjacent to the filling complex, an additional ADR warehouse of 6,000 sqm was built, bringing the total storage capacity at our Antwerp site to 76,000 sqm.

Blending, Mixing & Homogenisation

This includes the precise addition of inhibitors to prevent self-polymerization during handling and storage. Our expert team uses state-of-the-art equipment to ensure that your materials are blended uniformly, enhancing product stability and performance.
Heating & Chilling
Offering specialized heating and chilling services for temperature-sensitive goods stored in ISO tank containers, using steam, water, or electricity depending on your product requirements. Cleaning
Van Moer Logistics specializes in the cleaning of silos, tank, and bulk containers. With 16 cleaning lanes, we offer flexible service levels, including a drop & swap system to further enhance your logistics efficiency. Our state-of-the-art water treatment installation processes wastewater after cleaning, ensuring an eco-friendly solution for your operations.
